Brown wood frogs might look ordinary at first sight, but they have a cool, thick fold on their backs, which explains their Chinese name “broad fold frog”.

The pattern will teach you how to include wire for the limbs, so they are movable and can assume different postures!

Skill level: beginner – intermediate.
Project time: 2-3 hours

Small: Width: 5 cm; Depth: 3 cm; Height: 6.5cm

Material I use:
DK yarn and 2.20mm crochet hook
9.0mm safety eyes
thin wires
Stuffing and needle

You will need to know how to read a crochet pattern.
Major techniques used: slip stitch, single crochet increase/decrease, invisible color change, half double crochet.
I have a photo appendix to show all the methods I used.
Sewing is required in this pattern.
