Thank you very much for buying from Calico. All products are crocheted by hand; each order could have a slight variation. Color variation and slight flaws are possible.
Please refer to the following guidelines if you wish to return a product.
Physical product
For physical product: crochet animal plushies and crochet DIY pack.
Only major damage or wrong delivery are accepted for refunds or returns.

Except major damage, or wrong delivery, reasons such as, but not limited to, color variation, unexpected size are not accepted as reasons for refunds or returns.
Major Damage definition
- Wrong color combination
- Falling parts
- Large stains
Other small flaws, such as flurrier yarn, grass in yarn, and slight shape change due to delivery, are not considered an eligible reason.
Wrong Delivery
We will send the correct item to you in 7-14 days upon receipt of the notice. We will cover all costs.
Return policy
- Please take photos of the major damage, and WhatsApp us at (+852) 56319076.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and desired items.
- We will contact you as soon as possible for further action.
- Once we receive the returned product and confirm the major damage, we will make a new product.
- The new product will be delivered to you in 7-14 days
Refund policy
Refund is possible only when the order cannot be completed.
Digital product
Refund is possible before you receive the email with the PDF file.
Once I send you the email with the PDF file, you are considered to download the crochet pattern. No refund is available once I send you PDF file.
